A few pages into this forum I asked how to get a plunger unstuck. Several replies came with good ideas. Using those ideas I got it unstuck. Thanks. Are there any other manuals for this machine other than the Operator's Manual and Service Parts Catalog, both of which I have?
I am also making some repairs to it. One thing I hate is the flatblade screw-head 1/4 inch bolts that seem to be everywhere. I'm replacing them in several areas with stainless steel hexhead bolts. Most of the old ones must be hacksawed or chiseled to get them out.

A couple tools you'll find most helpful when repairing old equipment is a cutting torch and a 4" angle grinder. You can buy mini-bottle sets for a couple hundred dollars. Well worth the money.
