Guy I used to work for for Years had a home-made narrow row 6-row bean planter and a matching 6-row home-made cultivator He put on His 520. I think it was 6-30's. Pretty good load for the 520, Cultivator and planter both. He still used 4-36 or 4-38 planter for corn. This was back in the 70's.

Jim, not that I know of. We ran 4-row on late B and it had plenty of power but would crack the frame near the spark plug if you were not careful and sometimes even if you were. The rocking back and fourth with the plows up (turning at the end of the row) was very hard on it. The 50 has a different frame but 6-row would be more sway then 4-row. The 620-630 had 6-row, and no dought the 60 could carry 6-row although I never saw one with it. One problem you would have had with 6-row on any tractor in the 1950's was moving them on the road. Here in Texas we had a LOT of steel railing on bridges and you couldn't get 4-row across some of them, and 6-row across none of them.
