Good afternoon "Deereheads"-I have a 1010 special with a Marvel Schebler TSX 860 carb.I'm looking for an exploded view of this carb. My nephew dissassembled part of it, then he had a party to go to-never to be heard from again.I'm stuck trying to reassemble this thing.Also do they make an electronic ignition coversion kit for this model?

I have a 1010 special and can not get it to run for long periods of time. I have rebuilt the carb
and had it rebuilt by a dealer . It will start using the choke ,It will run using a litle choke for about 20 minutes and then the intake (no mater how hot outside)will freeze over into a solid block of ice ,the tractor gives a erererer sound and the motor will die. Wait for a couple hours and when thawed out ready for 20 more minutes. Any Ideas ?

I don't have a diagram of the carburetor, but do have one suggestion for you while you have it apart. Look at the place where the gas line connects. Is the hex fitting still in place? If so, you need to unscrew it out of the carb top. The inside of it is a fine gas filter. If you don't get that cleaned out it won't run right regardless of how well you do with the rest of the assembly.
