I have a 1010 industrial w/gas engine that is stuck. The muffler w/rain cap rusted off and fell off over winter. I took plugs out and sprayed pb blaster in the cyls and took starter off to bar the flywheel over. It took a little prying but it started to go over and i barred it over about 30 teeth then it seemed to stick. Now I can't get it to go either way. I installed plugs and dumped wd40 and other penetrants down teh exhaust pipe util it overflowed. thats where I'm at now.... any more ideas?

I would let that soak a day or two and then, with the plugs out, try turning it with the flywheel first one way and then the other. You can be firm with it but don't force it too much or you'll be tearing it down to replace a broken ring, bent rod or worse. Sometimes you have to fill the cylinders up with light oil, ATF fluid or such and let sit if it's really stuck but since you have yours moving I would keeping oiling it and work it back and forth. It takes patience. You need to keep the plugs out when trying to do this so you don't have to fight the compression and/or get hydraulic lock if you have a cylinder full of oil. Sounds like you are basicly on the right track, Good luck.
