I have a 4020 diesel powershift(early model). I was using it and it all at once quit moving and I lost my steering and hydraulics. Do you guys think the disconnect plate broke? or should i start somewhere else when i start to work on it? I didnt hear any noises when it quit. thanks in advance for any replys. Also the pto does not work.

It could also be a tranny pump issue. The trans pump charges the main hydraulic pump, in addition to supplying system pressure to operate the trans. It could also be as simple as material from a bad brake pad (in the final drive) plugging up the sump screen, that the oil passes through before going to the tranny pump.

either the disconnect disk or the clutch pack input shaft is broken.
