Some are naturally hard starters. Sometimes if you do alot of trial and error you can help them out. Shuting the gas off and letting them run out sometimes helps restarting. Some need little throttle some need alot some need only half choke.

Then every so often you find one like I had last year and sold. It was an old B like yours. It had been sitting for years no one really knew the story. I checked the spark, had some, dumped gas in it gave it choke and some throttle and it soon fired up. Ran it around some but it was missing a tire on one side so couldn't really run it much. This thing would beltch out blue smoke and throw dropplets of oil out the stack. The engine had to be shot, but every time you wanted to start it there was no problem getting it going in just 1 or 2 seldom more turns. I wonder if it is still going to start as good after it is fixed ? Some just start and run no matter how bad they are !

I'm going to assume that 80 MPH wind is from driving 55 into a
25 mph wind. LOL

I didn’t think about head winds, I guess I need to find some 110mph Velcro.

I usually try to keep it down near 70 when hauling 2 tractors on the interstate but occasionally might bump 80 when passing.

I might do both the tarp strap and put Velcro around the edges, I could keep the tarp strap in the battery boxes with the pipe covers and try to remember to put it on the seats each time I haul them.

Jody,

The fuse in down in the lower part of the dash. If you stand by your cluth with the battery door open, the fuse should be just to the right of the battery inside the dash...it takes a 20amp fuse...if that is not your problem, post back and well help you...
