Jim, any info on the case is your best bet, but you may find some tractors with generators hanging on that still have an old battery stashed under the seat or elsewhere and see if they are 6 or 12 volt batterys, even though thats still no guarantee.

If you need any help getting one wired up and working, let us know. Best Wishes n God Bless

Youre sure welcome Jim, A late G had a 12 volt generator most likely, and Ive had G's with 2 or 3 brush generators and they all had voltage regulators, so post back what you find and we will try n help you make her gennnnn nnn again.

Jim, most Delco's are marked [stamped] on the case.. If you can tell us what tractor & appx. year you are looking for we can probably furnish you a few generator numbers that will work [again stamped on the case]....

Jim, you had to say late "G".. I probably have the least amount of electrical info on the late "G"..

~I do show it probably used the 1101777 12 volt generator, but a 1100955 should also work [they both take a voltage regulator instead of a cut-out relay]..

~You can make a lot of different Delco's work but the closer to original the easier & better..
