I have a 1530 john deere and it is runnig hot,boiling water at radiator cap.I remove water pump and it looks okay to me.I changed the thermostst with a new one.It still runs hot on gauge and boiling at cap.HELP

Hows the Rad is it clogged so air doesn't get around the fins. Also it may just need to be flushed out, you may have lime built up in the system. I flush with a mix of 70% vinegar and 30% water and run the tractor for about 30-60 minutes then let it cool and rinse out with waTER. I had an oliver that got hot like that and after a flush with vingar it runs cool.
