Can anyone?! Tell me how to go about turning up the injection pump on a 4020 to obtain more horsepower, or is it Rocket-Science.

Since you asked, I am posting this for your information only. I am not recommending that you do this, and disclaim any responsibility for any damage or personal injury you cause by attempting this!

The roller to roller dimension may be adjusted as follows:

PUMP NEEDS TO BE CLEAN!

(a) With the engine shut off, remove
the pump governor housing cover.

(b) Remove the guide stud and governor spring assembly, being careful not to drop any parts into the pump.

(c) Turn the crankshaft to align the leaf spring screw with the adjusting hole in the top of the cam ring.

(d) Use an allen wrench to adjust the roller to roller dimension. Turn the screw clockwise (in) to increase fuel delivery or counterclockwise (out) to decrease fuel delivery. Make adjustments in increments of no more than 1/12 turn!!!!!

(e) Reassemble the pump. Re-run the tractor and check fuel delivery. Readjust the leaf spring as necessary until the fuel delivery is correct. It is important that this delivery check be within specifications before proceeding to the next adjustment.
