My 4010 diesel has oil pressure readings of 25 psi idling and 30 psi at 2200 rpms. Are these good oil pressure readings for this tractor? If not how can it be adjusted for more oil pressure? Tractor runs fine, with no smoke or problems, just want to make sure I have good oil pressure.

I put an oil pressure guage on my 4010D many years ago(probably 25-30 yrs). It's always run about 35psi at idle, or full throttle, & the main seal has never leaked. I've never changed anything pressurewise,& never had any problems, but maybe my guage isn't quite right either!

Those are the correct pressures, if you go much above that your rear main seal will leak.

Book says tweak (pressue relief valve) for 30 psig. Looks like the tweak is where it belongs. 25 at idle is fine hot. Iffin you want more (at idle), go to a higher viscosity oil.

Valve tweak is accessible right at the base of the pump as I recall. Been a while since I did that. My Deeres have/had an idiot light so you need a pressure gauge to do it; which you have or you wouldn't know what the value is.
