I'd like to have a 4030 or 4230 gasser, but I'm sure they are hard to find. Would it be feasable to put a 362 gas engine from a 4020 in a 4030 or 4230?

Thanks,
3 cyl

I have only seen one 4230 gas. old farmer uses it for winter use. Can be hard on fuel but the simplicity of just start and use at 20 below can put a smile on your face.

The 362 is what came in the 4230 gas. So I think that would be fairly easy to do. The 4030 had a smaller engine, 303 or 329 cu. in. as I recall. A local dealer had a 4030 gas on the lot last year. It sat there quite a while and he was asking less for it than a comparable 4030 diesel.
