If anyone wishes those of us attending the NY Expo to meet up someplace, I offer my RV Friday evening around 4 so we can attend the tractor pull at 5. If the first wifes willing (I cant cook lol), I will have some hot dogs on the grill and some cold beverages. My Seminar presentations are Friday at 1 PM and Saturday at 10 AM I believe if anyone wants to meet up after them???

My camper is a beige Ford Coachmen Catalina Class C Van Cabover style and its parked down towards the end of the tractor pull strip then outwards along the lane that heads out towards the trailer parking field and thats on the exhibit end of the grounds (opposite side where seminar tents are) not the vendor end. The cell phone No. is (812) 361 3182

Hope to meet some of you there or other places suggested. Im leaving Monday and will be gone 10 days or so, yall have a safe trip n God Bless.

Well..... ..... ..all the hundreds of $$$ new 24V electrical system parts are in a box and the used stuff still on the tractors. Excuses, excuses I know. My place has been non stop cleanup and repair along with working 60 hr weeks. Working four 12hr nights, tonight through Tuesday morning. At least the pool, pump, heater, filter is up and going so the wife can teach swim lessons. Now to get a 2nd level of chicken wire around the turkey run. The wife is mad at the brutes flying the coup and following me around. It's cute until I enter the house but then the turkeys roost outside on the deck. No fun cleaning up the next moring either. I may get something roughed ou yet on the piece of plywood along with the dash electrical parts? Do you think there are any places left to set up a 4x6 sheet of plywood with components on it? At least he GPS is all loaded up with trip data on the directions and items of interest. I'm suprised how far away the nearest hospitals are. I have to work Sunday 08:00, so noon on Saturday is going to be pull out time. Closest room we could book back last March was 22 miles away towards Rochester.

Hey John T - Thanks for your offer of hospitality! Presuming we are not combining next weekend I plan to be at the Expo either Friday or Sat and would very much like to meet you.

Have a safe journey to Canandaigua! ...Bob M in Western NY

PS - Be sure to pack a pair of waterproof boots. If it rains very much at the show you'll be glad you've got 'em!!

Re: New York Expo Meeting WIDE FRONT SALES in reply to Bob M, 07-01-2005 09:12:14
Did anyone seem to notice what the quality, quantity, and pricing of the JD square wide fronts for 30 series tractors was like at the New York Expo recently held? I don"t entirely know what to expect in locating a main center housing to replace mine broken, or a complete wide front? .... Any observations of the New York show is appreciated. .... Thanks, Phil
