Jimbo,

I have had lots of problems with my 2010 PTO this summer. Sometimes it would engage, sometimes it would not. SOmetimes, when it did engage, it could not be disegaged.

After tearing the rockshagt THREE times found a roll pin that connects the arm coming from the PTO lever to the shaft that goes into the PTO housing was broke. Replaced the roll pin and all is well again.

This roll pin is on the left-hand side at the aft side of PTO clutch area.

Good luck!

Dustin

You have a broken or lost roll pin in the lever.Pull the rockshaft off to get to it.Replace the roll pin and then drive another smaller roll pin inside it Be sure to position the slot in the large roll pin in the direction of the force on the pin.Either in front or behind. That way the force tightend the roll pin as you engage the lever.Positioning the slot sideways to the force can let the pin fall out.Shove it off the cliff.Don't drive it.lol, bob
