What are the differences between the 2 pans, is it the amount of oil they hold? And will I need the M&W oil pan when I add the M&W turbo kit to my 4010?

the M&W OIL pan holds, about 5 gallon. is made of alum. and has cooling fins. not some thing you have to have unless you plan on useing extra hp all the time. what about m&w RADIATOR& FAN ?

I've got all of this on my 4010- M&W sleeves & pistons, Turbo, fan & shroud(very important),& the big oil pan (about 6gal), also very important, if you want the engine to live almost forever. It's been this way, set at only 110hp for about 25yrs (over 4000hrs) & still runs like new. We have another in my family turning 120-125 & it still lives also with many hrs. I believe the key to having these engines work & live at 125-140% of rated HP is to keep them cool, especially the oil.

CMB-Whats the difference in the fan? I have everything else M&W to add to my 4010 when I restore it EXCEPT the fan. I think they might have had a radiator for it as well?? I know on the 4320 you can add a 4430 get one more blade and more air-suppose the M&W fan does the same. If anybody out there has a M&W fan I would like one.

What kind of peak horsepower can be achieved with the M&W Turbo Kit? Has 4020 kit, with 390 head on injector pump.

Enough to melt the pistons.

I was looking for a horsepower figure, not a final out come of over use.
