I Have a 70LP Deere and need to know how to set throttle linkage correctly. I have had all of the linkage off and all of the threads traced, cleaned, and new nuts on all rods, new ball joint, stop screw on throttle arm, new bolt and nut on governor arm stop, so everything is adjustable.

I have seen some suggestions, but have not been able to adjust appropriately. Could someone go through all of the set-up, first sort of where the rods should be when put back on the tractor (how much thread showing through the ball joint, the governor arm, etc), then how to set the rest for good snappy throttle response.

Thanks to anyone that can help!!!
