Jim, if you find a good hand start don't pass it up just becouse it is hand start. There is a thrill to starting one. They are easy to crank over and if tuned good it is fun to see how slow you can turn the flywheel and watch it start.

There were numerous H's produced with electric start. There have been many advertised here on YT in the photo ads.

Yes, late 1941 H 27000 and up could have it. Might also find a earlier one someone changed too.
