FWIW Yet another vote in agreement with my buddys Glen N Duane, in the event you go with the modern plugs, is that when Ive used the hotter deep reach side wire electrode plugs like Autolite 3077 or AC 18 Glen mentioned, Ive gotten wayyyyy yyyy more use out of them prior to fouling then when using the cooler regular electode plugs like Autolite 3076. You cant take them apart n clean them like the better original Champion so I simply alwaysssss ss keep an extra set right on the tractor. Trouble is we dont get the fancy restored tractors temp up n run em hot n hard under a full sustained load at wide open throttle LIKE THEY WERE DESIGNED FOR but if we did the plugs would last muchhhhh longer. A good hot mag n wire core wires is alo important.

If it's 7/8-18 thread, AC 18, Autolite 3077, Champion W18 or W89D or contact old spark plug vendors for old stock Champion 2ComL take apart plugs that be cleaned and reused.

I second Glen's suggestion about 2ComL plugs. The insulator is glazed so cleaning is really easy - just use two wrenches to take the porcelain center out of the shell, clean off combustion products/oil with carb cleaner and a NON-ABRASIVE pad and put back together. The last plug you will need. I've been running them in a '31 GP since 1994 - just pull and clean occasionally. They show up on eBay, or Donald McKinsey, P. O. Box 94, Wilkinson, IN 46186 usually has some.

Modern plugs have gone away from the glazed insulator (when's the last time you flooded a car) so the porcelain can absorb fuel/combustion products, leading to sparking at places in the plug other than across the gap.
