Anybody have any tips on how to do this easily? Any tools beter than others, any homemade tools used,do you need 3 or 4 hands? anything not to do? Thanks in advance.

I think I used an air hammer with a flat punch to push out the pivot pins. And I use a C-clamp to press the new ones back in. You may need some extra hands when it comes to those rubber springs I usually have to grab the flange with a very large channel lock pliers and rotate it so the adjuster bar will go it.
