john deere 170 skidsteer skidloader parts

I am desperately looking for all the brake parts for a John Deere 170 skidloader. My 170 does not have the brake kit on it and I really want some brakes...it scares me without them. Would somebody please help me?

You can still get them at your John Deere dealer. Just last week I put them in for a guy.

hey Wisconsin Cowman, I have tried my local store and even had them go on the national John Deere parts search...they say that the parts are obsolete. I am talking about a 1976 John Deere 170 skidsteer skidloader. Back then the brake kit was a option. You got the drums, backing plates, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, brake pedal, brake shoes, and all the other accesories like the brackets and lines and stuff. I need all that stuff and I am not having any luck finding it. Used stuff would be fine with me...would love to hear back from you or anybody else for that matter, thanks
