G clutch troubles

Fixing up the clutch on my G and it stays tight when adjusted.The pully will sit aginst the main bearing and when you put on the driver i have about 1/4 to 3/8 free play.Then put the rest of the clutch together andset it and you can brearly ture the pully.It snaps nice and i should try running it but it don"t seam right.

You will need to remove the end play to make your clutch work properly.It should only have .010 end play. Loosen the flywheel and push it farther on the crankshaft with a block of wood and large hammer. You will need to block your clutch pully to keep it from bouncing back.
