Roger that.

Another source tells me it's a John Deere 10.

The ESKA Company made this tractor first in 1961 with the 4-hole. Then in 1962 the 3-hole.

3-hole $650.00 to $900.00
4-hole $800.00 to $1100.00

Katmandu,
Dick's Farm Toy Price Guide 2005 lists it in "Good" condition at $393, "Excellent" at $633. Criswell's Pedal Tractor Guide lists it at "Good"(played with but has all of the original parts, no cracks or broken parts) $650. FWIW.

I'm guessing it's worth as much right now as it's going to get. It will take some money $$ to buy the right parts and fix it up so it may be a toss up ?
