I am looking a 4020 with a cab...however I do not want a cab. Is the cab on the 4020 a bolt on that is removeable or is it permanent? Thank you in advance.

Saw one once that the platform and "fenders" had been left and the rest torched off. It didn't look pretty.

Do your homework before buying as you will more than likely need some parts when you remove the cab like a platform, steps, possibly fenders and rockshaft covers to name a few. The cost of those parts alone can be priccy and should be considered when buying the tractor.

Cab can be sold for more than the parts needed to put it back together will cost. What year tractor and which cab. There should be the manfacturer's tag on the inside somewhere.
