This is concerning a 3010 diesel. If a person for some reason, oh I don't know maybe for pulling, wanted to bore his diesel engine. Still stock(4.125 bore), how much more could he get and still be safe? I know that I could go to 404 piston(4.25 bore) that is "3020 kit" but could I go bigger and how much. Maybe 466 piston(4.56 bore) or is that way too much? Thanks for any input.

Your block is wet sleeved. Pretty tough to bore one of those. 466 sleeves will not fit, if you've ever seen a 466 with the head off you know why. If you need new sleeves, you're pretty much forced to put in the 3020 kit, as the 3010 kit was discontinued many years ago. Spend your money on the injection pump.
