well I think I know way the ENGEN stuck on my 620 that I got last summer. It looks like the right cylinder had not ben getting any oil. Now this engen had jest ben overhalled and I dont think it was ran more then a few min. and thay gave up on it. The bearings were installed right . anyone have any suggestion as what mite have cause the right side not to get oil and the left side to get oil properly. THANKS Hinckley Joe

I"m not a 100% sure on your 620 but Ithink it is close to my G's... we found one in the same condition.. the engine still has the factory bore but AL's in it.. We found that one of the oil lines coming from the pump had a crack in it.. You could not see the crack in the line unless you had it out of the tractor.. it was cracked on the back side next to the wall and could be seen... This could be a long shot but try removing the line and give them a look.. Just a thought... Later and good luck..

Measure whats left of the journal, the crank/bearing insert clearance may have been set too tight. (my money is on this one, machine shop messed up)

Journal not prelubed. oil pump not packed with grease to pick up prime.

Mixed up rod cap, long shot.
