Hello:

2 or 3 years ago I had a JD 435 diesel (I believe 1960) with serial number 435824. It came out of SE Ohio as industrial yellow with tin "John Deere" side emblems in pretty rough condition. It was not a industrial from the factory. It had the 5 speed transmission with not really any other options. It had a odd mirror on the left hand side of the hood. I traded it 2 winters ago to a fellow for a 730 in Indianapolis, IN, then saw it on this site last winter for $7500 in IL or somewhere in the midwest.

I don't know as to that I'd like to buy it back but I think about her from time to time and often wonder what it's condition is and wonder if anyone has taken a notion to restore it yet. If you know anything about it post back if you want to and maybe send me a picture.
