How long are the sleeves that were used in the 1010 diesel and 2010 gas and what was their O.D. Did they use o-ring on the sleeve or in the block to seal them?

All the 1010s and 2010s used sleeve-decks and come in three different bore sizes. None have individual sleeves.

1010 gas is the smallest and also has the shortest stroke, 1010 diesel and 2010 gas are the same size and part number, and then the largest is 2010 diesel.

1010 gas 115 c.i. 3 1/2" bore X 3" stroke
1010 diesel 144 c.i. 3 5/8" bore by 3 1/2" stroke
2010 gas 144 c.i. 3 5/8" bore by 3 1/2" stroke
2010 diesel 165 c.i. 3 7/8" bore by 3 1/2" stroke

The 1010 diesel has a sleeve deck and they had an o ring to seal them. Don't know about the 2010 gas but the 2010 diesel also used a sleeve deck and o rings. I have a set packed away somewhere in the garage but in to deep to dig out and measure for you.

i think the 1010 used a sleeve plate(all sleves attached to a common top plate)and 2010 used seperate sleeves.
