I'm 11 years old and I'm doing a Social Studies project "What's a John Deere $ Worth? I need prices for when the following was new and the restored value of today. Waterloo, GP, D, A, B, and G Tractors. I have some but really having a hard time with the Waterloo Boy. If anyone has time to help me I would appreciate it.
Thank you,
jhill

To get an idea of what the current value of the
tractors are look on the left hand side of this
website. Under the title "Specs and Values" are
two links "Tractor Values" and "List Prices." The "Values" link lists what people have paid for tractors recently, and the "Prices" link
lists what some of the tractors sold for originally. It isn't complete, but if you really need to know: Waterloo Boy R $850 Waterloo Boy N $1050 D $1445 (1946) A $1050 (1939) $2513 (1952) B $786.50 (1939) $2068 (1952) G $1185 (1939) $2600 (1953)
Now remember, you shouldn't let people on the internet do your homework for you. They may
be giving you the wrong answer. :(

To give you an idea for what they are worth an good running A that is restored and good tires it will run between 2500 and 3500 dollars, a D will in same condition will be about the same. The Waterloo's are worth more some where around 5500 to 7500 dollars or maybe more, The B's are not that desirerable and are worth about 1500 to 2500 in good running condition, An old G is worth about 3500 to 4500 dollars in running condition. It realy depends on how much a person wants one and how much they are willing to spend. Some models are more desirable than the same model that is newer or older for example, a John Deere low radiator unstyled G is worth more than an unstyled G that has a high radiator. I home this helps on your assingment.
