Does anyone have an idea how thin a clutch disc should be to be considered time to replace? I hate to run 35 miles to a dealer to find these are OK. They are .132" and .128"s thickness and look good.

I buy new parts for my 48 model A by phone order from Martin Brothers in Roanoke, Ill. (call Ben at 309 923 2731). They ship anywhere UPS, have a big inventory of parts for the old models and are priced as good as any JD dealer. I too have to drive about 40 miles to my local dealer. The clutch disks, by the way, are not expensive.
