Any of you guys have any experience with a head that has been cracked where the lower radiator pipe attaches? This one has a small crack in it, and I was wondering how successfull I would be if I had it welded up? Where it is at it shouldn't affect bolting the lower pipe back on.
It also has a crack in the bottom radiator tank, I would think it could be welded and be OK.

Thanks
JDBob

I've had the entire bottom cracked out and successfully welded it back in. Be sure to grind the crack in a V and use nickel #99 rod. Will last a lifetime.
