The switch is the Power Trol hydraulics switch. If you run the tractor and you are not going to use the Power Trol, it's best to leave the pump off.

On my 50, it's the shifter for the hydraulic pump. In the "ON" position a sliding gear is engaged and the pump operates; "OFF" disengages the gear.

Make sure you have the engine shut off on your 620 when you engage the hydraulic pump otherwise you will hear the gears grinding.
