I'm doing a project on John Deere, and our group needs to find out how John Deere died? If anyone has any information, it would be greatly apprecitated. I need to do the presentation Tuesday, so if someone could give me the info by Monday, it would be appreciated. THANKS AGAIN.

John Deere was born February 7, 1804 in Rutland, Vermont. He died on May 17, 1886 at the age of 82. His funeral in Moline, IL. was attended by 3,000 people. A floral plow graced the coffin with the words "John Deere" on the beam.

Can't find a reason for his death, other than specualation on my part - natural causes??? 82 years old in that day and age was old.
