Where do you check the fluid levels on the 70 such as the oil, Hyd. And rear end Im not sure and my IT manual tells how much but does not show where to check the levels Any help would be greatly appreicated. Thanks Alan

Alan--On your oil look in front and below the clutch pully,below where you adjust the oil presure ther will be a plug setting in a outset cap-loosen about 1/2 way and the oil should drip out. If it does not add until it does. Hydro-Page 67 in the I&T man. figJD1210 where hoses come out of the power trol, to the right of the hoses there will be a drain-cock sticking out of the side, loosen and pour fluid in til it runs out of the drain-cock. ON your PTO there will be a plug, I&T man. page 61 figJD1190. Loosen, take out and fill. Power steering, there is a cap that you have to remove that is in front of the radiator cap. Should be a dipstick down in that hole. Hope this helps. luckydog

About forgot,your rearend fluid is checked by I&T man Page 71 figJD1225 below the rockshaft is a big plug that takes about a 1in.wrench to loosen. Fill till full. luckydog
