What is a good source of quality JD 30 series service manuals? I know some of the reprints are poor.

You don`t have to go to the JD store. Its faster to call John Deere at 1-800-522-7448, give them your model, year, and serial number and a credit card number, and you will have whatever manuel you need in less than 10 days. This is the same place your dealer gets them from. They are very nice people. Lloyd

I too ordered that aftermarket reprint junk thinking I could save some money. They look like copies of copies of faxed copies. Then I went right to John Deere and done what I should have the first time. They have excellent prints that are readable and very good quality just like original. I have the service manuals, the parts manuals, and the operating manuals for all three of my JD's.
