If you notice the pixs I posted of our 630 tractor, it also states the it has a "beefed-up" 35 loader,,,,WELLLLL LLLLL LLLLL L,,, the reason it's "beefed up" is because I keept breaking it, and my son would chew me out and say,"dad if you need a bulldozer, buy a bulldozer, that 35 loader is a farm loader".....SOOOOO OOOOO...I went out and bought a 430 crawler with a 90 industrual loader, and now he says "what do we want that for we already have a good loader." (He spends more hours on the crawler then I ever will.)

HONSEST SIR HE AN'T MY SON!! 35 YEARS AGO I TRADED MY BEST HORSE FOR HIM FROM A BAND OF ROVING GYPSES. You cann't win for lossing!!!!! !!!! This is just between you and me and goes no ferther. Right?

I broke the front end of a Ford just by lifting half a bucket of gravel. I regret the day I ever let a blue tractor drive on the farm.

Some of those Mannheim Germany built JD's had a standard front axle & an optional HD unit for loaders.Looks like a pin, casting or axle failure. The loader is after market & may have more lift capacity than the one's JD speced for that 1840? The lift capacity with large diameter cylinders lifting the boom past the front axle would be enormous. And required with the funky grapple bucket loaded & hung so far infront. The weight of the tractor cab & likely loaded tires prevented the rear from rising & limiting loader lift. Successive loading into a metals yield strength region will eventually cause fatigue breaks at much less than the normal failure pressure. This tractor has been beaten from between 19 to 25 years. By the way junior, this site is way too mature to fall for a colour war with such a cheap shot from the dark.

Attention: Nameless one. So you like cheap shots do you? Check out the IH listed for July 2001 on that Profi site. It's twisted in HALF! Do you want to talk about "quality built" after looking at that one also? Ha ha ha ha yourself!

I took a look at the series of pictures, and found only a few are of John Deere's. Lots of MF,IH CaseIH and Ford. You would have to be stupid to drive these tractors where they are.

Note that this picture comes from a whole series of pictures of farm machinery that have had a variety of accidents due to either carelessness and/or neglect. These pictures can be found at Link. Also note that these pictures contain all makes of equipment. This particular picture is the October 2000 picture of the month.

All I can say about the original poster is that this was a very poor, very cheap shot.

By tracing the image back to the posting location, it comes from a Dutch website>Link

If>Link you look at the photos of the month you will see multiple brands of what you would call "having a bad day". Sorta got a kick out of some of the photos but then I got thinking about how dangerous farming can be if you take a large stupid pill in the morning with your grits.

C'mon guys -don't be so hard on him. Ag tractors really aren't made for front end loaders. I've fixed front ends on just about ever make of ag tractor there is ,even some front wheel assists. Never had to fix the front end of a industrial one though and you guys know why ----- -that's right--their built for it. There is one exception- lots of guys up here are adapting 5020 front ends onto their newer ones cause the 5020 front end was built rugged.

Looks like a typical deere to me. Every deere i have owned has had minor flaws in it, that led to bigger problems. So much for deere quality. The best thing deere has is parts service. Gee, i wonder why.

If you look carefully at the liscene plate on the front of the tractor, it appears to be some where besides the U.S.A., and maybe they haven't learned all the dangers of some of the toys in this world!! LGD

The way that off brand loader sticks out in
front of the tractor (probably for a different model) and the size of that bucket, your asking
for trouble.Says more about the owner than
quality.

Axles only can stand so much pressure!! so, get a bigger tractor or fix the berings before they cause so much wear that they break!!

My guess is the operator tried to lift something far too heavy for the machine. Don't kid yourself there are a lot of other tractors whose front axles would snap if you tried pull silly stunts like that. If you abuse your machinery it will tear up...period.

Just another example of why some people should not operate, own, or even get close to a piece . of equipment. Then he has the nerve to rag on John Deere. This guy could F--- up an iron ball with a bananna.
