What is your pedal doing? Is it hard or going all the way down and spongy? When you open the bleed screw on the side of the case do you get a strong fluid flow? It might be in the brake pedal valve, you hope or in the rear. Like G-Man says try to put a pressure gauge in line to dee what is there.

I'd look toward the brake valve first, as it's the easiest to check. They're also not too hard to repair. It might be bypassing oil internally. At any rate, checking that first is much easier than puling the final drive, which would be the next step.

It could be a leaking or blown piston seal, which allows the pressure to just return into the final drive housing, instead of moving the pistons out against the disk. Or, it could be a problem in the valve or completely gone friction material. I can't say for sure, but there should be someway to tap in and see what your pressure is doing while applying the brake. That should tell you where to start.
