i just put a new set of rocker arms on my B and adjusted them to .020. when i started it up, it ran very good, no noise. well, after about 15 minutes of driving, i started to hear a noise from the motor, so i set it at idle and looked around for the sound, came to find out it was the under the valve cover. it is like a nocking noise, you can feel it if you put your hand on the valve cover. Please tell me what is going on before i take the cover off again. i have to take off the carb too. so i would like to know what is going on before i go and buy another gasket.
thanks,
JOE

If those were new rocker arms omn an old shafts, valves & pushrodsm, they have just worn in the high spots a little thats all. Re-adjust the lash to two flats of the nut from where you can just spin the pushrod with your fingers while cold.
