Born in Independence. Work for a Fire Protection District just east of Kansas City. Live on 10 acre's and use John Deere tractors exclusively. Have two Dubuque made and a garden tractor, and have been shopping this winter for a model G.

I live in northeast Missouri near a little town called Arbela. There have been Aylward's in this county for over 150 years. I guess we don't have sense enough to leave...:-) If you need directions to the place just ask someone who lives north of Arbela where there are a lot of old John Deere tractors. Odds are they will know who you are talking about...:-) Mike

I live in Washington and "play farm", raise a few calves, and make some hay each year. It's a good pasttime and fun to do with old Deere equipment.

I'm from Longtown, about 7 mi South of Perryville. Thats about 30 mi North of Cape Girardeau. I grew up and still live there on a row crop/cattle/hay farm. Beautiful rolling hills. Some of the best hill soil in the state. And I love John Deere tractors...that might explain why I saw this page and commented. I hope to be the 5th generation to own the farm and continue it on to my children. But that's a ways off...being that Im only 19.
