Does the exaust and intake both have valve seals? Also do they both get lubricated? Thanks

The only 6466 engines that have ANY valve seals are the straight "D" models, that are not turboed or aftercooled, and those only have the o-rings on the intake valves. On turboed/turboed-aftercooled engines, intake seals are not necessary, because the positive pressure in the intake ports and manifold (boost pressure) prevents oil from migrating down the valve stems. The same holds true on the exhaust side, with the exhaust flow doing the same thing. The tight fit of the valves in the guides also helps control oil. I can find no application for the 466 that shows o-rings on the exhaust valves.

Yes they do, o-rings on the stems of both intake and exhaust. They do get some lubrication as well.
