I have a 2010(gas)industrial loader/backhoe. The fan shroud is on it. I flushed the raiator, put on new hoses, a new water pump, and a new gen./water pump belt. It still runs so hot that the gas boils in the tank. The tank heat sheild is on it too. The temp gauge is not in the red but close. Is this normal? Or is something wrong. Thanks for the help.

This may be a stupid question, but did you replace the thermostat? Unless you are really working it a high ambient temperatures, I don't believe it should be running that hot, so I would do some more checking. Check your timing, etc and also maybe use a temp gun to compare the top and bottom radiator tank temps to see what kind of drop you are getting as the coolant flows through the radiator. Just my two cents.

My JD M did the same thing. I started to do the same thing you did check it and replace it. But later I found out that no air was going threw the radiator. It was cluged with dirt and mud wasps.
