HELP stuck valve on a AR

went to a frends house tonight and he has a 46 AR that he bought out of canada.The motor was stuck he said.That was abought 1 year ago.tonight i went over there and got it free,it was hardly stuck at all. but the 2 outside valves were stuck,one moves one dont.What do i do use a block of oak.I dont want to break that valve.

Use some penetrating oil a block of wood and a hammer and soak her good and hit the top with the wood and hammer. Then once you get the motor running use some mystery oil in the motor oil to keep those valves free.

I had the same problem on a 60, I took a pair of pliers and grap the end of the vavle and wiggle it back and forth till it came free,I also used penatration oil, They came free real quick, My 2 cents, Good Luck Ben

ditto that. Had simmilar problem on my G. I reccomend PB blaster oil. Also I ended up replacing valve springs as 2 were weak rom setting for years w/o being turned over.
