Had a lot of JD enjoyment today. First the M with a popping you hardly hear, the a BR with a deeper note, Unstyled AR with a straight pipe has a very powerfull "dunk" and last the "D" with a sound that is something of a bark when the huge mass of exhaust is forced out. Drove the D under a birch and had it been a bit closer to fall, surly all the leaves would have been blown off!!!!

Picked up limbs in the pasture with the M pulling a 16' trailer. It ran out of gas and died at the burn pile. The battery was almost dead (enough to run it, but not enough to start it). Got the 720 out to jump start it. Drove 'em both around for a while. The 50 (my show tractor) didn't get out that day, but I'll pull it out for an evening ride soon. Keep all those tractors running!!!

I was out bush hoging all week with my MT. You think the M doesn't sound loud check mine out it has a hole in the manifold. You can here that thing from a mile away. Anyways by far the "D" is the loudest.

After I got the belt pulley to stay on the Heston cycle mower, have cut 60 acres of hay on the 4020 all day long. Is hot here in the midwest and the 60 ought to dry fast. Will hook to tha 702 rake tomarrow and windrow it all. My buddy will bale it with his 4230 charged with the 566 baler.
