I just put all new gaskets in the rearend of my tractor.(1946 B) i replaced every gasket reguarding the hydrolics. i put it all together and come to find out, it dont lift! it doesnt sound like oil is getting to the pto gears. if you lift up on the lift arms and hold it there a minute, it will stay up, it is full of oil, the gears are turning. what would cause this?

Joe, did it work before you re-did it?
~Do you have the PTO running?
~If it worked before & the PTO is running, you either have a gasket in with the holes in the wrong place, you used a defective gasket, there is something stuck in one of the valves, or the pump isn’t getting oil due to some other blockage.
~If it didn't work before teardown you might have the wrong outlet adapters in the remote outlets.
~If the pump isn't even making pumping noises when you try to operate the system you might have the pump intake hole blocked or ?..... ..

Joe, I haven't ever tried, but the power-trol valve body gasket sure looks like it will fit backwards. If it was on backwards the square & round hole would be covered.....
