IF its a gas then you engine size is 180cid. and the diesel is 202 cid. the valve clearance for gas is: intake valve-0.014 exhaust valve-0.022 in.
diesel: intake-0.014 exhaust-0.018 in.

Hi:

The diesel engine in the 2510 was the same as a 2020 engine. Hope this helps you :) If not post another followup and I will go look in one of my books and dig up the precise info for you.

John

The only difference is gas or diesel, both are
listed in any service manual.

He may be trying to use an I&T manual. Those manuals list several types of tractors. His Dubuque Built 2510 engine is a completely different beast than the Waterloo Built 3010/3020 engine. I think the "family" designation for the Dubuque engines is either 300 or 3000 and the Waterloo engines are 400 or 4000.
