I pulled the glow plugs on my 2010 Crawler and turned the motor over. Antifreeze squirted out all 4 holes. Where do I start? The head, headgasket? I don't know much about this machine. I just got it. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely the head gasket or maybe a cracked sleeve insert. I'd jerk the head off and see what you find. The 2010 has a "sleeve and deck" design which meant that all four cylinder sleeves were joined at the top to a deck making a one piece insert, with seals at the lower ends of the sleeves to seal in the antifreeze. This design was prone to leaks and problems and was not one of Deere's finer moments in design. The gas presumably has less problems with that than the diesel. But if your diesel made it this far, it is one of the better ones. hope this 2-cents helps some, and good luck with your crawler.
