Anyone know how to tell the American Bosch and Bendix-Schintilla injectors from one another without disassembly? I need to replace the washer seal under the fuel line fitting, and I need to make sure I have the correct washer. The two types use different part numbers, and I will compare with the old washer, but I wanted to make sure the incorrect washer had not been installed previously. Thanks!

They should be stamped on the big rectangular part of the injector, like where the fuel fitting is, around on the side. If you take them apart, there is very little difference between the two, you may or may not be able to tell the difference. Good luck
