I pulled an 11 hole grain drill with a 7' dcultipacker behind my 1940 H in 2nd for years. It wasn't really much of a load for the tractor. I would think a cultimulcher would be a whole different story. I have pulled a two section drag set light behind a 6' double disc and that made her work a little in 2nd, but not excessively. Try it and you'll find out. The H is a pretty gutty little tractor for only 12H.P.
Good Luck,
Paul
