I got a 4010D that I call "John", but I speek of John as "she". Now here is the Queation. Is a she named "John" the same as a boy named "Sue"?
She pushed a lot of snow to day, I mean John.

Brings up an interesting question for historians or trivia buffs. Whay do we seem to refer to tractors, cars etc as the "old girl" like in, the old girl did a good job for me today. Do ladies refer to their cars, tractors etc as girls or boys? Perhaps we refer to them that way because they take a lot of maintenance and we pour all of our money into them, what do you think?

Ya; I think you might have the real answer there. Thinking of all the ways I treat the woman and the way I treat the old girl named John. I don't cuss the wife like I do John when they are feeling bad or not working right. And come to think of it they DO both require a lot of love and money. The wife how ever loves me back and worms my bed at night. Now that is some thing that that old hunk iron can't do. I don't get greesey dirty when I hug the wife eather.
Well happy new year to you all and I hope this year is even better than the last one.

PS: It got clear up to -10 deg. F. today, and the South Pacific sure seen inviting!
