I have a pair of origional fenders, they are not damaged from use but do have some rust. I took them to a body man and he said they could easily be repaired but I sold the tractor and the new owner said he didn't want fenders as he was going to use it. I would let them go for $ 200.00

I would buy a set of repro fenders. I was so excited when I got my A on an auction several years ago, I forgot about the rusty looking fenders sitting on the ground. I can't remember the fellow @ Canby, Mn., but if in doubt make a trip. I have seen painted fenders go for 450+ and then you don't know what you are getting. I bought an original set that had a coat of paint on them. One looked excellent, the other was in a darker part of the shed! Why?, I learned. Most of them in our part of the country got snagged with a pair of chains and then were taken off and set one the dirt floor (wet) of the machine shed. My painter replaced the very thin sheet metalin spots and ground off of the bubble gum on one fender and welded it on straight.
