Would it hurt any if I was to drill a small hole above the intake rocker arms to provide better oiling to them? A smaller hole than what is for the exaust rockers. Do they make valve stem seals for valves this big?

Thanks!

Dave

I'll second Paul's advice, mine had soldered up holes where somebody had done just what you want to do and then had to fix it with the solder. Mine has been running fine for 50 years without the extra holes, unless you want a smoker don't do it.

Don't drill any holes in the rocker arm oiler tube. There should only be a hole over the exhaust valves. When I got my 1944 B it burned oil and smoked. Problem was someone had drilled holes as you are planning. Replaced tube with an original, no more problem and haven't had on for the twenty years I've used this tractor. The original tube will provide all the oil needed, don't alter it.
Good luck,
Paul
