here's the wagon.. with a couple FW-190's hiding in the background...they fell from the ceiling when I was doing some work upstairs....

Hmmm.. Toy tractors, N scale trains, model airplanes crashing in the background, on a shelf above the computer desk. Sounds like my home office. Any old steam engines? I have a Weeden from the 20's that belonged to my uncle. Safety valve is stuck, so I don't dare steam up the boiler until I fix it. Would love to have a Mamod Steam Tractor, but so far have been unwilling to cough up the money for one.

I noticed you were interested in a Mamod Steam Traction Engine. I have one that my grandfather gave me. (TE 1a) Out of curiosity is it worth anything?

Nope, no steam engines yet, but they sure caught my attention at the Michigan Steam Engines and Threshers Club show last year..I took some nice video of the event, I even got a burn hole in my shirt from the tractor that powered the saw mill...I've always been facinated with steam locomotives. My wife and I took a day long trip on one a few years back. It went from Allen Park, Mi. to Lima, Oh. to a train museum. And then back home..

Southern RR used to run an "excursion" train thru here (Western NC) about twice a year & it was a sight to see. Never rode on it but got some great pics & a few cinder burns from standing on an over-pass as it passed underneath. There's a big RR museum around Salisbury NC that I hear is worth checking out. Worked right around it for years but never went in.
Maybe someday.....
